and marine industry. We do the hiring for major oil and gas operating

companies.

Role: Senior HR Executive

Tenure: September 2013 to Present

Currently responsible for the international recruitment for oil, gas,

marine and shipping industry. Serving the esteemed clients like ADNOC

group, PETRONAS, RAS GAS, GLOBAL PETROLEUM, IRSHAD, MISC, ENPPI, DOLPHIN

GEOPHYSICAL LIMITED etc.

Role and Responsibilities:

. Team handling.

. Briefing the Job description to the team provided by the client.

. Taking care of the deadlines of profile submission from the

client.

. Taking care of all the operational activities.

. Sourcing, screening, short listing through job portals, linked

in, social media and batch preparation and sending to the

client, scheduling interviews and taking references & database

searches as per the requirements.

. Conducting preliminary telephonic discussion with the candidate

to check his interest and availability, reasons for change,

proficiency in the required technical skills, communication

skills, attitude, and salary expectation.

. Follow up with the candidate post interviews and updating them

about his status.

. Networking and gathering references from the candidates who get

shortlisted during the process of the interviews.

. Handling first round of HR Interview in order to judge the

candidate's suitability, attitude, academic & professional

qualifications, experience, communication skills etc before

putting up to the technical panel.

. Taking care of all the operational activities from selection of

profile to the joining of the candidate.

Role and Responsibilities:

. Understanding the requirement and providing Resource to the companies

like IBM, WIPRO, HCL, Barclays, IGT, IYOGI, and SERCO etc.

. Campus Recruitment: Organizing end to end pan India campus drives in

colleges. This includes campus tie ups, presentation about the

organization, conducting the first rounds, coordinating with HR, Ops and

Voice for getting these rounds conducted and rolling out the offers.
