a previous owner who introduced me to the real estate/mortgage

business 8 years ago. I spend the better part of my day

establishing new business relationships with realtors, title

companies and maintain relationships with past clients for

repeat business and referrals. I help place clients in the best

loan to that fits their needs and handle all the paperwork along

with my client and underwriter. I also help sponsor MCE classes

with title companies to meet new realtors for new business.

Commodities Broker. My primary job was to raise equity for

different traders by making a minimum of 100 contacts per day

and maintain customer relations with clients. I also handled

all authorizations for all trades with everyone in my book of

business and handled any and all margin calls with clients.

Clients would see on average a 2%-5% increase in their

portfolio or a max of a 3% drawdown monthly in their

portfolios. Before leaving I managed to draw up a book of

business of over $8.5 million in trading equity. Work hours

were 5 AM (pacific/market open) until the last client

authorized a market open trade for the next morning. Most

clients traded all indices.

money properly in each department and to handle any HR, AP/AR

and PR issues.

Before leaving, I was moved into the sales department where I

was the first employee to generate more accounts than the

house accounts provided by the company as a new sales rep.
