Manage administrative and logistical support for the Product Manager, Warfighter Information

Network-Tactical (PM WIN-T), a multi-million dollar military communications program by

performing a variety of duties in support of program and management initiatives and functions

associated with the organization. Assist and advise the product manager, deputy program

manager, operations officer and five branch chiefs on administrative processes and issues using

knowledge of pertinent policies and regulations relating to human resource management, and

office administration. Apply knowledge of organization's mission, functions, organization’s,

program goals and objectives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative

operations. Developed a division-wide electronic document tracking system that improved

correspondence tracking and document accountability by 50 percent. Recognizing the need for
