Checking of vendor drawings of 33KV GIS, 6.6KV switch board, 415V PCC, MCC, VFD, DG set with AMF, Soft starters,

Getting approval of drawings/documents from client/consultant within stipulated time period and maintaining drawing / doc

requirement, tentative SLD, BOQ preparation.

Preparation of BOQ of Power cable, control cable, I/O requirements of PLC/DCS, SLD for tender purpose, heat loss

calculation, room layout etc.

Understanding client’s requirement for particular process and expediting process of technical offer submission and

interaction with different depts.

Significant Highlights

Highly appreciated by client for Relay setting of complete power system network including 33KV GIS, 6.6 KV switchboard

(qty 3 nos), 31.5 MVA transformer, LT switchboards (qty 18 nos) was done with co ordination curves simulated from

ETAP.

During detail engineering short circuit analysis was done for entire power system under scope using ETAP and based on

the results cable sizing, busbar and switchgear assembly ratings were finalized which resulted in a considerable saving in

money.

Prepared one excel sheet using various functions which reduced the time required for Power cable sizing, BOQ preparation

and I/O calculations.

Solved issues by visiting site and discussing the problem with site supervisors and electrician, giving them adequate, cost

effective, less rework solution, faced during construction at site.

Experienced in handling Areva Relays for 6.6KV motor & transformer feeders.
