Apply medical knowledge to avoid hospitalization when appropriate.

Update patient information in Rosemark system with treatment plan,

objectives, results and next steps. Document all information accurately.

Identify and refer patients to additional assistance if needed -

hospice/palliative, SNF or health education.

Manage all personal including AR/AP, Staffing Dept, Case Managers,

Teachers, Caregivers and assist as needed.

Process work comp claims - deal with employee issues, medical facility and

insurance carrier

Take any complaint calls from patients, families and caregivers.

Provide education/training to office personnel, caregivers, patients

and family members of patients.

Assist CEO with any and all requests.

Manage day to day operations of patient care, home care company and school.
