maintenance activities. Providing support to management by providing specialist advice and guidance with regards to

specifications, operations and maintenance, in line with global best practices.

Liaising with various clients, technicians and specialists to modify (changing the set pressure of a PSV) or design new

and existing valves, in line with client requirement and specification

Perform all general maintenance activities on all valve types, within the workshop and offshore and also supervising

local and long distance field service jobs where necessary

Team lead in the assembling and disassembling of valves, pre-testing and pressure testing (pneumatic and

hydrostatic testing), cleaning, in process inspection and refurbishing of all valve types

Maintain close liaison with the Customer's Technical Representative and Third Parties regarding valve selection,

Provide assistance with the installation of wellhead equipment and valves, including machining, assembly, final

testing, and final inspection on various types of direct and/or pilot operated pressure relief devices and quarter turn

valves, onshore sealant injection, lubrication and flushing of various valves

Conduct onshore maintenance exercises for all major multinational oil & gas companies, during shutdowns and

offshore maintenance exercises on the following offshore platforms - ERHA FPSO (ExxonMobil, Nigeria), SAFE
