Human Resources operations section within the Marine Corps

Recruiting Command. Advised the Head, Enlisted Operations,

and Marine Corps Recruiting Command on all matters

pertaining to Recruiting Operations. Supervised 10 marines

and 2 civilians. Maintained situational awareness and

manage the processing of Marine Corps Recruiting Command

level waivers, prior service enlistments, reserve

procurement, enlisted incentive programs, recruiting

policy, and recruiting criteria. Held the site Security

Manager position for the Marine Corps Recruiting

Information System. Held the Instructor position at

Recruiter School. Maintained all components of systematic

recruiting in recruiting station to include quality
