From December 2012 and up till now

(EMethanex) is the Egyptian joint venture operation of Methanex

Corporation, the global leader in methanol industry supply,

distribution and marketing. Methanex holds a 60% interest in the

EMethanex joint venture, together with the Egyptian government

partners: Egyptian Petrochemical Holding Company (ECHEM),

which holds 12%; Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS),

which holds 12%; Egyptian National Gas Company (GASCO), which

holds 9% and the Arab Petroleum Investments Corpor ation

(APICORP), which holds 7%.

From June 2013 until now,

in the position of Operations admin assistant covering the following

tasks:

Attend daily Operations meeting and take MOM.

Preparing for monthly production report related to the CEO.

Assist in meetings and events preparations.

Files information alphabetically, numerically, and chronologically

according to office procedure to maintain organized and accurate

filing systems; locates and retrieves files from manual or

computerized systems to provide requested information

Create new files: update file information to maintain accurate files;

merges and assembles files to maintain records; delivers and/or picks

up files to provide requested information; photocopies files as

requested.

Arrange the transportation, hotel reservation, meet and assist for all

the global visitors.

Provide strong support to all the Travel activities such as: air tickets,

hotel, car rental, etc.

Maintain an organized meeting agenda for the manager.

Ensure the manager’s calendar/schedule is manageable or re -

directed where possible. Handle conflicting priorities

efficiently/effectively.

Pro-actively relieve manager of administrative and business details.

Encourage manager to delegate tasks where possible.

Pro-actively support material requisitions issuance and tracking .

Help in preparing monthly and daily production report and Gas

nomination.

Control all the faxes and correspondence in and Out.

Arranging all travel requirements and doing online visas application,

payment, air ticket, hotel reservation, meeting agendas, ect.

Announcement of any updated Ops organization.

Maximo PR and PPE requisition and tracking.

Updating OPS procedures and filing control on Merdian.

Helping and arranging RC training and other training in and out the

country.

Doing the OPS follow up action list and responsibilities for its

distribution.

Doing the risk report 2 times per month.

Acting as problem solving and facilitator for any demand.

From Dec 2012 to June 2013

in the position of the plant management admin assistant covering the

following tasks:

Sending and receiving all faxes and emails related to our business

Arranging for all administrative work to the SMT and all the global

visitors

Doing Hotel reservation for my managers and the global team

Prepare for (Meet and assist ) to all the global team

Preparing and issuing flight tickets and visas to different countries

From June 2007 to July 2010

The main contractor for Ammonia & Urea fertilizer production facility for

MOPCO I project in Damietta Free zoon-Damietta port with production

capacity 1200-ton ammonia/day, and 2000-ton urea/day. In the position of

Site Manager Secretary. Also Secretary for all the other departments

Managers (Civil – QA & QC – Electrical –Instrumentation – Piping –

Commissioning – Safety & Contracts) then I was transferred to ENPC

Project Carrying the following tasks:

Covering all the tasks of administration and secretarial field.

Sending and receiving all the faxes and all the correspondences to/from all other

companies.

Maintaining and updating company files as well as computerized filing system SAP.

Maintaining registration of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Answering incoming telephone calls, investigates purpose, and forward calls to the

relevant persons or departments.
