Roles and Responsibilities
Business side as well as Technology project manager for medium/large scale
projects in the Finance Re-engineering program. Partnered as Business PM with
the banks' executive management translating business goals into project
objectives.
Managed and led project staff members including junior project managers,
business/technical analysts, developers onsite and offshore.
Work closely with business, manage business expectations in 3 different time
zones (US, UK, Asia), and manage appx. 100 users' expectations successfully,
