Sales Account Manager Responsible for market

strategy, pre-qualification and sales of access

control, security and high tech parking solutions.

Industries pursued encompassed the healthcare, public

and private entities as well as governmental and

educational facilities.

. My efforts in only nine months resulted in

attaining a substantial contract in the highly

competitive market in Columbus, OH. This

penetration opened a new satellite office

location.

. Successful in obtaining the parking solutions

contract for the highly anticipated, second

largest profile project in Greater Cincinnati

since the recession; U Square at The Loop

(University of Cincinnati's new mixed-use

development).

. Identified market niche for qualifying the

company as a minority business enterprise. This

qualification will result in opportunities of

securing several million dollars of revenue

growth each year that would have been

unattainable prior to this certification and my

efforts.

2008-2010 Foxx Construction LLC-Cincinnati, Ohio

Business Development Manager Responsible for generation of

qualified sales leads and to negotiate and close

construction opportunities for the company.

. Successfully established new relationships and

opportunities in other industries that were not

previously pursued by Foxx Construction. This

included all types of real estate professionals,

developers, financial institutions, auto industry,

utility companies and numerous new clients and

construction projects in the healthcare arena. In two

years this resulted in more than 25 million dollars

of potential revenue.

. Compiled and incorporated all company documentation

into a Master Reference and Procedure Manual. This

included liability, profiles, certifications, project

lists, legal documentation, etc.

. Established a database (previously non existent) that

now includes contact and communication information of

past and new clients as well as all new prospects

pursuant of my efforts..

2007-2007 K4 LLC-Cincinnati, Ohio

Business Development Responsible for promoting architectural,

interior design and construction services to all

geographical regions and professions.

. In less than five months I established a relationship

with a major developer that resulted in K4 being

selected as one of three proposals received for the

largest architectural opportunity ever since the

company's founding nine years ago. The project

estimate was in the $900,000 to $1 million dollar

range.

2004- 2006 Kiesland Ltd. - Cincinnati, Ohio

Director of Business Development Responsible for initiating,

developing and maintaining new customer base as well as

supporting repeat clients in the design-build construction

industry. These objectives were been obtained by:

( Pre-qualifying client or project leads from prospecting,

referrals, media and other sources to establish new

client relationships.

( Assist President in discerning client development feasibility

for Kiesland owned land as well as investigative

research (role as real estate broker) for appropriate

parcels based on client's requirements.

2001- 2004 Ferguson Construction Company - Dayton, Ohio

Business Development Representative Responsible for

pursuing industrial, commercial and institutional design-

build construction opportunities in the Greater Cincinnati

area.

( Secured ten million dollars of new design-build work

in a new market within the first ten months of

employment (an accomplishment never achieved by any

previous employee since the company's inception in

1920).

2000-2001 Oswald Company, Inc. - Cincinnati, Ohio

Business Development Manager Responsible for increasing

sales volume by building relationships with architects,

developers, owners, major corporations, engineers and

commercial real estate professionals. My role also included

regular client presentations, coordinating marketing

materials and market strategy.
