Developed, maintained, and designed a suite of websites using the Silverstripe Content Management

System. Implemented view and controller functions that allowed data to be displayed on custom templates.

ANIMATION AND INTERACTION AT THE UNIVERSITY OF IOWA (EPX STUDIOS)

Assistant Programmer February 2011 - June 2012

Worked on a six member team of programmers on the development of a Corona engine based tower

defense game: Bumpf!

The final product was released 3/21/2012 on the Amazon Appstore for Android users.

Performed major role in design and implementation of the physics for projectiles within the game. Designed

a map editing and creation tool that allowed for level designers to create stages without having to learn

code.

UNIVERSITY OF IOWA OUTDOOR RECREATION & EDUCATION PROGRAM

Head Route Setter & Instructor January 2011 - June 2014

Managed a 15 member team of climbing wall staff members in the supervision, safety management, and

maintenance of the University of Iowa’s climbing wall. Organized and facilitated the maintenance and

update of climbing routes for the University of Iowa’s annual climbing competitions (2011 - 2013). One of

three trained lead climbing instructors teaching climbing safety, proper equipment usage, and technique.
