Reason for storing: Needed More Space

I HATE the idea of paying for storage, but if you have to, this is definitely the place to go! My customer service experience with both Tony and Clara was awesome! I've never had to rent storage before and had horrific ideas of what was coming, but it was nothing like what I expected! Clara walked me through all the account set up and access and Tony saved me when I wasn't sure what size unit I would need when we were unloading the truck. When you're moving, you have to make plenty of choices, and this was easily my best yet!

When I came into the storage office, Ms.Claire stood up asked what brought me in and grabbed her clipboard took me to a unit and told me the details. She made it such a easy and care free move in,She gave cold bottles of water and went out of her way to take care of us . The property was clean,security top notch.

I recently rented a storage space for my college student daughter. Clara, the assistant manager, helped me. She made the process very painless - even pleasant! The facility is very clean and well lit. There are numerous security checks (entering your user code), cameras, etc. which made me feel better about my daughter using the space. As an office manager for a design firm, I have interfaced with storage facilities frequently. I have to say, Clara was truly head and shoulders above most of the people I have worked with in terms of her attention to detail, commitment to customer service and pleasant demeanor. I would definitely recommend this facility!

I am thrilled with the service, price and cleanliness of the storage facility. It was easy to reserve the space online, complete the necessary forms in the office (which were all electronic, awesome) and obtain access to the space. It is spotless, safe, easy to navigate to the storage space. They have dollies for you to use and the staff is courteous and professional - Clara was awesome!

I feel quite privileged in writing this reference for Clara Goodman. I met Ms. Goodman in October, 2006. I was a guest staying at the hotel she managed.

I felt a sense of warmth that I have never felt in any hotel stay.

She showed a genuine interest in pleasing her guests and went above and beyond.

I thought of Clara and the excellent service that I received. She cares and it shows.

When it comes to hard work, creativity, and dedication you need not look any further than Clara.
