In this position I worked jointly with the other Longview Systems staff members, on teams with

contractor staff members and independently. My longest assignment was with Anadarko

Petroleum where my main objective was to ensure that the Windows 7 rollout project went

according to schedule. I was also held accountable for some end user support, pc re-imaging and

repair, and repair of peripheral devices. This project lasted for approximately nine months.

In addition, I have worked on projects including the following tasks on both Windows and OS Mac

Systems:

• Windows 7 conversions

• New systems deployment: hardware and software

• New systems integration and transfer of new software and hardware including imaging,

troubleshooting, removal and placement, upgrades, multi-system alignment and network

This position enabled me to provide excellent financial customer service to all Wells Fargo

customers. By doing this I increased customer satisfaction by 60%, assisted in the monetary

financial needs of businesses as well as Wells Fargo account holders, and provided technical

support for bank operations. A huge part of this position required superior attention to detail. To

accomplish this monthly cash audits could not be greater than 25%.

While working as a Financial Support Specialist for Wells Fargo I also provided basic IT technical

support. This support allowed me to construct other Wells Fargo team member stations with a PC

and access to the Wells Fargo network. I also set up a network printer as well as doing some

basic network cabling.

This position allowed me the opportunity to assist with IT operations for over 300 users. The end

users for the Department of Justice included essential Montana State Highway Patrol, regional

Highway Patrol officers, and Department of Justice employees. Department of Justice IT

operations included handling incoming calls from end users in need of IT assistance. Most of this

assistance included remote access to reset user passwords, assistance with peripheral devices,

providing officer assistance in criminal investigations, and monitoring the CJIN network for signs

of network stoppage.
