BIT CAMPUS, TRICHY, From June'09 to May'13 and working as an Assistant

Structural Engineer from June'13 onwards till date in VI Construction.

Key Roles Played in VI Construction as an Assistant Structural Engineer

Project: Vassan Valley Residential Project.

Project Value : Rs.24 Crores

Project Detail : The Project comprises of G + 8 floors with 32 dwelling

units as 4 units per floor. Totally 5,400 sq.ft. land acquired for the

projects. All facilities including pipe gas connection are provided for

each dwelling unit.

Project: J.V.R. Complex

Project value : Rs. 15 Crores

Project Detail : It is a residential cum commercial building G + 5 floors

with 15 dwelling units & 4 Shops including a bank with Strong Room

arrangements. Totally 9,870 sq.ft. land acquired for the projects. Super

Plinth Area ranges from 1,000 Sq.ft. - 1,800 Sq.ft. & Carpet Area from 850

Sq.ft to 1,500 Sq.ft. for each unit.

> 2D/3 D Modeling and Structural Analysis through AUTOCAD, STADD PRO &

STRUCTURE " in Bharath Heavy Electricals Limited,Trichy. The structure

is designed to facilitate titanium equipments for manufacturing super

critical boiler. The workshop is designed with pitched roof and

provision for 2 EOT cranes.
