Responsibilities:

•Bag Customers groceries

•Assist customer with personal empty cart unless they insist

•Take bagged groceries to customers vehicle

•Open up the shop

•Call Deutsche Telekom for the customer to get bill and customer information, all spoken in

German, translate all the information to the customer and resolve their problem

•Sell Phone Contracts

•Sell Pre-Paid SIM Cards and Other store merchandise

•Book all merchandise into the system, mark the prices, restock shelves

•Contract Upgrades

•Enter daily cash amount in system along with daily sold merchandise, save, print and put in the

books

•Drop daily cash off at the Service Counter

Accomplishments:

During my 6 months of working, I sold over 150 Contracts; those 150 contracts were sold over a

3 month time period, not 6 months, because I unfortunately missed over 2-3 months due to

medical surgery and recovery from a Hernia.
