To Whom It May Concern:
It is extremely satisfying managing the diversity of abilities among pedagogical and andragogical
learners. I tailor activities to maintain the interest of learners.
In my present assignment of revising my PhD for publication, Dr. B. Winston Ministries is providing
brand new spiritual guidance and biblical teaching. This biblical study is an academic application which
takes into account archeology, literary criticism, history, philology and the social sciences. Pursuing a
motivating career to create pedagogy and andragogy experiences, make the attainment of information and
its application more effectual and engaging. Having designed instructional experiences from middle
school through university level, as well as participation in activities outside of the traditional classroom,
has proven to be exciting. I have exchanged global intellectual currency and traveled to: Australia,
Belgium, Botswana, Canada, Cape Town, England, France, Johannesburg, Namibia, the Netherlands,
Scotland, Spain, the United States, Victoria Falls, Wales, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Internationally, I believe students, faculty, staff and professionals were provided teaching tools which
allowed them to do the following: define a problem; formulate solutions; receive new information;
recognize limitations; prepare for change and execute change. Students were inspired to become directly
involved in research projects and were given opportunities to provide creative input. Those students who
were initially unsure of their ability to academically perform and succeed were encouraged with positive
reinforcement. Creative thinking and learning processes were fostered by using: visual aids; computers
and voice activation; braille keyboards; visual/audio warning systems; alternative testing arrangements;
note takers; and acceptable environmental engineering.
Enclosed is my biodata. Having over twelve years of experience should be of interest to a rapidly
growing organization such as yours. Engaging with special needs learners, in both the urban and
suburban educational settings is profoundly rewarding. Training at-risk students and careful preparation
of lessons allowed me to break down sometimes complicated concepts to simple examples that they could
comprehend.
I look forward to speaking with you about how my skill set, knowledge, qualification and capacity can
assist your profession fulfill its vision.
Thank you for your consideration.
