collection. Re-engineered cost allocation process for non-earning assets. Subject matter expert on check and third

• Added $250 million in liquidity through re-design and development of segmented customer float tables and

bank float tiers.

• Achieved $2 million annual decrease in non-interest expenses transitioning the bank from paper to image

processing of checks.

• Lowered internal cost allocations by $150 million by accelerating the collection of checks.

• Established and monitored customer float guidelines and policies within check processing function to ensure
