My account management experience covers two years business to business

sales at Cincinnati Bell, with a high level of focus on new customer

acquisition and growth. I served as the primary contact for 350

accounts in Cincinnati, setting appointments, visiting customers at

their business, creating proposals and closing sales. I have four

plus years in a quota driven, fast-paced sales environment, where

handling multiple jobs simultaneously is the norm.

With over 12 years of customer service management, I have the ability

this was through entertaining the best clients of Cincinnati Bell at

Kentucky Speedway and charitable auctions where the mayor attends.

In addition to my work experience, I have a Bachelor's degree in

Organizational Communication and an Area of Concentration in Biology

from Northern Kentucky University.

experience in selling to National Accounts, implementing a top-down
