Responsibilities :

1. BALANCE SHEET ACCOUNTING/STATUTORY ACCOUNTING

. Overall operational execution i.e including ledger analysis, review

and update financial codes, record ledger entries, perform periodic BS

reconciliations. Maintain Chart of Accounts. Manage and ensure

operation of the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing schedule.

. Contract review - revenue recognition. Interpret standard contractual

terms and conditions for accounting treatment.

. Review and determine accounting entries and perform gross profit

analysis before and after process to ensure appropriate matching.

. Perform and manage shipped but unbilled process; business partner &

agent fees process; business partner provisions process.

. Perform and manage future billing adjustment provisions process.

2. HARDWARE REVENUE

. Provide sub-ledger controls including reconciliations, error

correction, open/close, table maintenance.

. Perform goods received/invoice received ("GR"/"IR") analysis, aging

and reconciliation for vendor and interplant goods.

. Perform post goods billing adjustment (credit corrections).

. Perform outbound transaction testing as part of valuation of goods for

customs purposes.

. Account for global logistics charges (import, export, domestic and

allocation of transportation fees), for plant inventory reserves, for

returns to plant.

. Perform reconciliation, aging and reporting of inventory and other

goods related accounts in general ledger.

3. EXPENSE ACCOUNTING

. Perform cost accruals where necessary.

. Perform quarter to date and year to date selling, general and

administrative expense analysis.

. Analyze historical data as part of the provision for doubtful accounts

("PDA") process and record provisions where necessary.

4. RECONCILIATIONS - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

. Perform accounts receivable ("AR") reporting i.e, Billed not yet due

analysis, Billed AR reporting analysis, Perform delinquent AR

Analysis, perform non trade AR reporting and perform days sales

outstanding analysis.

. Provide operational policy support and ensure compliance with internal

policies and procedures.
