The HART Group was a company I founded to assist medical practices implement EMR and other

aspects of the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act. My duties as Chief Financial Officer were to

negotiate contracts with clients and vendors, manage all aspects of company financials. Additionally I

was an integral part of strategic planning. I created and implemented marketing and business plans to

p romote company growth.

D’Orazio Business Group is a firm that I created to assist individuals in creating small businesses and,

to coach entrepreneurs seeking to enhance their businesses. I provided clients with due diligence

services, debt restructuring, marketing and sales planning, business strategizing and, startup

The Sangria Rose was a restaurant and night club that I created from the ground up. I developed the

menu, hired and t rained the staff, created and implemented company standards and procedures. I

worked with the local government agencies to obtain the proper licenses to operate businesses in the

city and the state.
