Im the guy that my previous suprvisor’s “wish they had ten of”, so they would always be garuanteed that

the job would be done right. I don’t make the same mistake twice, but you only have to teach me once to

learn something new.

Experience

I’ve been working in warehouse environment for 4 years. I’ve been order selecting for 2 years and I have

been the best since. I can select 1,000 cases in 3 hours and I’ve also ran 310 cases per hour. I also been

trained on a stand up forklift and sit down. I have 1 year of experience on the stand up and 3 months on

the sit down. Some people take 2 to 3 months to learn how to drive a stand up safely, it only took me a 1

month and half. Within 2 months I was doing 16 drops an hour and out working guys that had 15 years of

experience. I’m O.S.H.A. certified on the sit down by US Forklift.

Employment History

Dirks Moving and Logistics: Phoenix, AZ June 2014- Present

As a Warehouse associate at Dirks my duties were to make sure the customer order were pulled and ready

to be loaded on to trailers. Also I received shipments and took inventory of all merchandise that was

received. I use handheld scanners to scan shipments and miscallaneous objects into the computer system.

I would put away pallets of merchandise in metal racking.

Arizona Nutritional Supplements: Phoenix, AZ May 2014- June 2014

I was an the mixing and weigher department as a Weigher. I would weight different ingredients to a

percise measurement and fill out detailed forms for each batch that was measured. I had to be very percise

and thoruogh with every assignment I was given.

System Services of America: Phoenix, AZ August 2012- March 2014

I started as an order selector and ened as a stand up forklift driver. I was trained as a order selector in the

freezer, cooler, and dry areas. I started as the slowest selector and ended to be the fastest, not only was I

fast I was also accurate. 1 year I went with no mistakes order selecting or driving the forklift. Later onI

was given an oppurtunity to take a stand up forklift driving postion. I learned how to drive and use the

warehouse computer system within a month and a half. As a forklift driver my duties were to replenish

pallets for order selectors as well as cutting wrap off the pallets.

Clear Water Co.: Phoenix, AZ May 2012- June 2012

I worked for a private contractor as part of a painting crew. As a crew which were only 3 crew members

we would paint residental homes, interior and exterior. My duties were to make sure that anythging that

was not going to be painted would be masked off or covered in plastic. I also painted based boards and

doors. Then I would clean up paint or trash.

Arizona Science Center: Phoenix, AZ March 2012- May 2012

As member of Guest Sales and Services department I would greet and interact with customers. I would

aslo work the front cash register as well as helping prepare the museum for special events. They had high

school proms and big fundraisers that we would set up for.

Chompies Baking Co.: Phoenix, AZ December 2011- March 2012

My duties were to make, bake, and backage bread goods. I learned how to measure, mix and bake all the

breads this costumer offered with in 1 year. I would load and unload 53 ft trailers with 8 tier pallets with a

hand jack. Also I would select orders in the freezer by myself, I would spend 10 to 12 hours in the freezer.

I was called jack of all trades because everything I did.

Achievments

As a sophmore in high school I became the varsity quarterback and that first year not only did I take them

to the first round playoffs, I was also named best quarterback for All Metro-Region Quarteerback. The

next 2 years I was Most Honorable Mentioned Quaterback. I was also employee of the month at System

Services of America blowing out my co-workers by 5,000 cases. One my personal acheievments is always

impacting a company I work for, I know I’m just one man but this man is the hardest worker anybody

would ever have.
