Presently working in Pigment dispersion company (Asha Penn Color PVT.

LTD.)

based in India as a Technical Manager for Development of the product

for Printing Ink (Gravure, Inkjet and Flexo) and Coating since April

2004. Our company has joint venture with Penn Color Inc, USA base

company.

We are producing Nitrocellulose, Vinyl, Polyamide, PVB and Acrylic

(W/B) resin base dispersions (100 % Solid) and liquid Dispersion for

Printing Ink Industry.

> Also Asha Penn Color produce Acrylic Polyol, Cellulose Acetyl

Butyrate, Polyester and Nitrocellulose resin base dispersion for

Industrial and Automotive Industry in Solid as well as liquid form..

My Responsibilities in Asha Penn Color are as follows:

> Provide matching sample as per customer reference.

> Participate in laboratory management and supervision as needed.

> Designing, planning and executing project elements in the laboratory,

as well as in customer's plants and laboratories, as appropriate, to

meet customer requirements and expectations.

> Resolve manufacturing problems and customer complaints as it relates

to dispersion technology.

> Review current formulas and new raw materials for possible cost

reduction or process improvement.

> Establish laboratory procedure and standards for color formulated

products.

> Correct off spec production batches.

> Review all work in a lab notebook in an orderly manner and prepare

project reports as needed.

> Direct communication with supplier for requirement of Pigment, resin

and other Raw material.

> Direct interaction with Customer for any new requirement and for any

complains.

> Understand and utilize ISO 9001:2008 quality system.

> Safety

Note: I have an ability to apply Dispersion chemistry and Milling

process to prepare Dispersion in Solid and Liquid form in various

resin system.

In the 10 Years we have developed;

1. More than 25 color Nitrocellulose chips for Printing ink

application as per customer requirement in various color like

Yellow 13, Yellow 12, Red 53:1, Red 57:1, Blue 15:3, Black 7 etc.

2. Eight color for PVB dispersion in solid form for Marking ink like,

Blue, Red, Black and Yellow.

3. Ten color for Inkjet Vinyl Dispersion in solid and liquid form like

Yellow 151, Yellow 110, Magenta, Cyan Black etc..

4. More than 10 color in Cellulose Acetyl Butyrate Chips like

Yellow155, Yellow 151, Yellow 110, Red 202, Red 254, Red 177, Red

179, Blue 60, Blue 15.1, Blue 15:4, Violet 23, Black 7 etc.

5. 2 Color in Acrylic Polyol System mainly Black 7 and Red 177 in

liquid form for Automotive application.

6. 4 color in Polyester dispersion for coil coating application.

We are also able to commercialized almost 80 % of the

developed product.

. Before joining Asha Penn Color I was working in Gujarat Themis

Biosyn Pvt. Ltd. based in Vapi as a Production Supervisor for

Four Years (Jan 2000 to March 2004).

. I have also worked with Reliance Industries Limited, Hazira as a

Production trainee for one year. (1998 to 2000)
