I consider myself a hard worker that does what needs to be done

to get the job done. I take my responsibilities seriously. I

like to think of myself as a fair person that gives credit where

it is due but will confront problems when they arise.

I have been working in the film industry for a long time and

there I have learned the value of good working relations and
