Project Description:

TiVo is a digital video recorder (DVR) manufacturer and TiVo provides an on-screen guide of

scheduled broadcast programming television programs, whose features include "Season Pass"

schedules which record every new episode of a series, TiVo implements web services that partners

can use to manage customer accounts, manage settings on Customers’ devices, and to schedule

recordings. TiVo partner integration testing process, which is designed to ensure that partner

applications invoke TiVo services properly.

• As a senior QA analyst this position allowed me to work on multiple projects which gave more

insight in the leading the team and prioritizing the projects time lines.

• Participate in entire testing lifecycle, including test planning, test preparation, test execution and

defect management

Project Description:

Project encompasses building and deploying a Workers Compensation Pricing Model. While this is the

first model to be deployed for WC, it is much more than a traditional first generation model. The model

will include credit history, geographic information, loss and billing information, and policy characteristic

data. The model will enable greater pricing segmentation and decision making, and is a prerequisite for

straight-through-processing.

Responsibilities:

•Involved in all stages of testing the Auto & WC Insurance application and Data to test Insurance

application Workflows (Smart Risk, pricing, SAS).

• Performed SOA / Web Service testing using Itko LISA.

• Made test data sheet a tool to customize scenarios at their need and not fixed number of test cases.

• As a single Member team involved SOA test case review meeting with Client.

and TurboTax software, simplify small business management and payroll processing, personal

finance, and tax preparation and filing.

Account Aggregation Products facilitate users to view all their financial info like the Bank

Accounts, Credit Card Accounts, Investment Accounts, Consumer / Business Accounts from a

single console.

Example Products: Quicken (Intuit), MS Money (Microsoft) etc.

Aggregation tools have a set of scripts defined to pull data from the Financial Institutions. As the

FIs undergo modifications, these scripts that “Scrape” data from FI site, may not be able to pull

the data. In order to maintain the scripts and enhance them Script Operations Program has been

created where objective is to identify and resolve data scraping issues by fixing scripts thus

reducing account aggregation problems for the customer and enhancing customer satisfaction of

using Intuit products.

Responsibilities:

• Been in the Script Review Quality Assurance (SRQA) team, tested ticket manually and atomically,

this is the last face of the project before deployment of scripts.

• As a team lead prepared statistic report and Team status under the supervision of project manager

and ensured the quality and delivery of products as per clients’ need.

• Been in Quality Assurance Activity, tested many tickets that have been moved to RTD thereby

increasing Productivity beyond the actual working hours.

This Project is to verify the structural designs that the Engineering team produces for the clients. The

designs are basically for the telecom companies to install the towers in various locations. The designs

which are done thru CAD have to be verified thru the web based tool “Structural Design Clearance Tool”

and validated against the pre-determined parameters. The parameters are based on the soil conditions

of the location and the material properties.

Responsibilities:

• Recorded and played back QTP Scripts for manual test cases against frontend screens by inserting

different types of check points.

• Executing the automated test scripts and evaluating the test reports.

• Application level Regression, End to End and System tests were conducted after some windows

patches were implementation
