apartment complex in Wakefield, MA for Everly and Wood Partners.

Centerline Communications - (October 2013-February 2014) Construction

Manager

Skills: Construction manager for cellular site builds and repairs. Managed

different crews for work done on cellular equipment at sites as well as

repairs for existing cell phone carriers, including AT&T and Sprint. Duties

included pre construction site inspections, material estimates, energy

efficiency audits, quotes and change orders for project builds.

Amirit Technologies - (March 2013 - October 2014) Site Supervisor

Skills: Direct Supervision of crew on site for cellular site builds in

Worcester MA. Directed install of new equipment and troubleshooting on

site. Pulled building permits and reviewed building codes for cell tower

work and builds inside church steeple/rooftops. Daily reports for all

activity on site and materials used.

coordinated sub-contractors, materials, and scheduling for extensive

structural repairs and renovations for a multi family residence. Scope of

work included foundation repairs and improvements, structural lumber

sistering and replacement

IRS Andover Renovations, 2009-2012 - Andover, MA - Served as Assistant

Supervisor and Operator on this large scale commercial renovation project,

done in two phases in accordance with LEED and GREEN building practices.

Scope of work included excavation and installation of site drainage, water

and sewer lines, site catch basin excavation and installation, roadway

grading and compaction, curbing and concrete retaining wall installation.

Charles River ARC Addition, 2008-2009 - Needham, MA - Assisted in the

managing and completion of a 1000 SF addition to the Charles River ARC.

Scope of work included site survey, excavation and trench compaction,

concrete footing and foundation installation,
