Calculate payoff figures based on loan payment history.

Finalize loan payoffs using RMS and Teller banking software. This was a multi- step process that required

auditing customer accounts, analyzing figures to insure numerical accuracy and releasing payoff information

to authorized parties.

Log newly received payoff demand requests into a daily spreadsheet to inform

Loan Officers of their clients' intent to pay off or re-finance an existing loan.

Collaborate with third party financial institutions (banks, mortgage companies, law

offices) on behalf of mutual clients intending to pay off or refinance loan(s).

Process several reports daily for supervisor review.

Process checks to reimburse the client for any overages paid.

Serve as a liaison between the Payoff Department and Customer Service Department.
