Responsibilities

I was an OR nurse responsible for scrubbing and circulating cases in an 8 room suite. It was a regional hospital

that performed a wide range of surgeries, including general/ vascular, orthopedic, hand, opthalmic, plastic,

and GU. I have been the GU Service Leader for the past 10 years.

Accomplishments

Being GU Service Leader I was directly responsible for the day to day surgery, as well as maintaining and

ordering supplies and equipment. I kept a good rapport with physicians and my co-workers.

Skills Used

I ran a well organized and prepared room, making sure that I had resources and equipment ready for each

procedure. I oriented new staff to my service and always maintained a high level of professionalism.
