Project: Production support for Extensions on Facets Mar 2009 – Present

Currently, Facets allows the use of extensions to provide additional functionality that the application cannot provide.

Facets allows timing events that can launch extensions and can be used to store additional data to a table,

update the Facets screen, and perform logic checks . These extensions were written in VB.Net front end and they

use MS SQL Server database as backend. These extensions perform some logic checks that Facets application

cannot perform. Extensions open and retrieve what logic should be used from a table based on the application that

launches extensions and based on the Line of Business. We have total 31 extensions and we launch them from

Claims Processing screens.
