I am seeking position as a Senior Project Manager. I have over two decades of experience with a wide

variety of project types, single and multiple from $100,000 to $22,000,000. The majority of these projects

have been negotiated projects; yet, I have also had extensive experience on hard bid projects. The last 10

years I participated in a senior project management role that required me to successfully lead teams. One

of my favorite quotes is by Henry Ford, “Coming together is the beginning, Keeping together is progress,

- Created procedures for the Operations Department and authored an operations manual to

standardize forms and processes.

Project Development and Coordination

- Managed the preconstruction services for CMAR, Design Build and Negotiated projects.

- Led the estimating team in the development of estimates based on conceptual, schematic, design

development drawings and for the final GMP estimate.

- Collaborated with subcontractors on scope, estimated cost and value engineering.

- Conducted meetings with owners and architects to present updated estimates and schedules.

- Led project teams through a buy out meeting, during which all subcontract and purchase orders were

- Led operations in the execution of the company’s strategic goals, mission statement and vision.

- Worked closely with the project teams and subcontractors on project-related problems, design, job site
