• Sustained passivation duties by applying PECVD oxide, nitride, and BPSG on Novellus Concept I Systems.

• Qualified and transferred the BPSG process resulting in a reduced cycle time and a cost savings of $37,000

annually.

• Performed QA on questionable wafers, making sure the yield and PC data were acceptable for the customer.
