Performed daily building inspections ensuring cleanliness, all fire alarms,

standpipe, sprinklers, lights, emergency doors, boilers to ensure building

was free of violations and for preventive and proactive maintenance.

Additional included: heavy wall renovations, plastering, waterproofing,

projects and contractors.

On call Fire Safety Director and Manager On Duty 11 pm - 8am. Handled fire

facilities manager.

My name is Alex Brouwer, a hard working, people person, good employee who

can work alone, or in a group as part of a team with little or no

supervision. I also have supervision, management, and scheduling / payroll

experience.

Over the past 14 years, I have worked in various building maintenance

positions such as handyman, doorman and superintendent. I've worked in

residential/commercial buildings, hotels and even at an elementary school

as a facilities manager.

My licenses include: Fire Safety Director, security, standpipe, sprinklers,

alarm systems boilers and others. All licenses are current. I am able to

obtain any other license needed for your building as well.

I have prepared apartments for turnover and maintained them well. I
