Roles & Responsibility:

. Reviewing the operational practices, identifying the areas of obstruction

/ quality failures and advising on system and process changes for

qualitative improvement.

. Monitoring all Civil and Structural of the project & Building

Construction

. Monitoring the project work with updating the programs, scheduling, as

per site activities

. Responsible for layout building on site, foundation work, breaking bills

for construction

. Completed major civil structures in different packages such as

precipitation, Measurement & site according to layout.

. Responsible for performing technical and supervisory duties of

construction projects.

. Responsible for performing associational, technical and supervisory

duties of construction projects.

. Handle site administration team and site construction Quality system.

. Supervise the works on a day to day basis as per the work programme.

Ensure execution of works on site as per specifications & standards.

. Daily reporting of actual work done. Planning to achieve target as per

set schedule plans both in terms of Safety and Quality

. Demonstrating leadership skills by maximizing staff productivity,

ensuring high motivation levels and providing technical and product

support to the team

. Monitoring and resolving the customer complaints through corrective and /

or preventive measures.

. Preparing all bar charts, work programs and all site activities should be

in accordance with the Project Execution and Quality Plan.

. Taking corrective measures to meet schedules as per plan also preparing

and implementing action plans to improve overall equipment efficiency.

. Skillfully assigning work to operators & achieving daily target also

involved in the arrangement of tools and maintenance. Ensuring proper

utilization of Manpower.

. Adhering to Safety, Environment and Health standards in all functional

areas and developed & implemented measures for enhancing safety levels
