PROFILE
Energetic and capable, my reputation is that of a quality driven,
trustworthy individual. I have developed the ability to streamline
improvements from many years of experience in hotel renovation &
construction. Initiating successful PMP's to minimize waste in products
required personnel & outside contractors is essential. Multitasking and
balancing competing priorities with tight deadlines is unproblematic for

. MANAGEMENT
Several ways I've learned to improve the corporate bottom line are with
specific detail oriented inventory control measures, improve time
management through comprehensive training for associates, and developing
precisely formulated purchasing programs. Safety, Risk Assessment; Fire &
Emergency protocols are lessons for life! My expertise insures the highest
safety standards (OSHA), material safety data (MSDS) and other compliance
requirements as well as brand standards are met and successfully
maintained. I am effective in hiring & training which is beneficial in
reducing turnover; thus maintaining a competent team required for

. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
Proper function & maintenance of facilities and grounds is a must for
safety and comfort, all important aspects required in maintaining guest
satisfaction and loyalty! I have significant hands on experience with
electrical, plumbing, drywall, roofing, flooring & wall coverings, paint &
resin coatings, spa/pool, and HVAC systems. Most trades that are required
for projected improvements and scheduled maintenance. Resulting from these
experiences I am able to competently inspect and oversee projects, instruct
& supervise techs, as well as increase efficiency returning guest areas to
service in a proficient manner. My expanded knowledge of new and
different building materials, products, and construction applications allow
added flexibility including cost saving maintenance decisions.
. CONSTRUCTION
The numerous Hotel/Resort Renovations satisfactorily completed during my
career have provided me with extensive knowledge and involvement in many
different construction trades. I am also "Blue Print Literate" qualified
for estimating, implementing, supervising and inspecting projects. This
skill is further beneficial for reviewing, negotiating, and awarding
necessary Contractor bids. I am quickly able to examine procedures to
ensure quality finishes are consistency achieved and maintained. State and
Local Municipal policies, permitting requests, and code requirements are
procedures of which I am quite familiar.
