CNC machinist at tool-making and mold-making facilities

Various tools and tool holders such as face milling tools, internal and external turning

tools, indexable insert drills, deep hole drilling heads, adjustable boring heads, punchs,

matrix, combs, parts for hydraulics and other parts of manufacturing.

- Masturn (CNC lathe)

- Monforts (CNC turn-mill-drill center )

- Optimat (Automatic lathe)

-Reading blueprints and job travelers for part specifications, such as dimensions, tooling

instructions, fixtures, cutting speeds, depth of cut and determination of the sequence

operations;

-Writing and designing programs (Siemens (Sinumerik 840D));

-Performing complete setup of various machine tools and perform any operation within

the machines capacity;

-Machining complex parts with turning and drilling operations;

- Attaching fixtures to machine, installing cutting tools as specified by the process sheet,

taking offsets for each tool, machining the first part, measure dimensions of finished

workpieces using dial boring gages, micrometers, calipers and other gauging required for

the inspection of parts;

- Machining small precision parts with part to part time few minutes;

- Machining aluminum, exotic steel, titanium, stainless steel, steels of different

hardness;

- Achieving of tolerances +/- 0.01mm;

- Lifting workpieces to machines manually or with cranes;

- T ool sharpening if it necessary;

- Production of non-standard devices;

- Running several machines at the same time;

- Maintain machine in working condition
