various tools and technologies to cater the needs of HPHC Claims

Synopsis:

Harvard Pilgrim is the oldest nonprofit, health plan in New England; it provides

health care coverage in Massachusetts and Maine. HPHC is a highly challenging

techno-functional project, which requires multiple technologies to be combined and

implemented to take care of various complex as well as simple health care business

flows. The purpose of this project is to develop and maintain WebFocus/Oracle

Reports/Microstrategy which are used for Business Intelligence purposes by higher

management/End User. The work includes analyzing the requirement specifications,

designing, coding, testing/review, preparing launch page (interface) for reports on

Citrix Server using various tools like WebFocus, Report Builder, PL/SQL Developer. The

project is being executed in Onshore-Offshore model.

Technology & Tools: WebFocus, MicroStrategy 9.2.1, Teradata, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix, BMC

remedy user, Oracle Apps.

Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance of Microstrategy on Linux and Windows Platform.

Installation of hotfix.

Experience in Administration, Analysis, Design Development, Testing and Implementation

of Business Intelligence applications using the MicroStrategy 9.4 and 9.2.1a
