Assistant to the Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager of Hospital. Provide support to the unit staff,
along with assisting the psychiatrists and medical doctors, while on the unit. Help coordinate the unit
schedule for the patients and for the medical doctors. In charge of making sure all hospital forms are
ordered and stocked along with working beside marketing by assisting them with advertising ideas and
promoting our inpatient program. Fax all physician orders, run errands and complete spreadsheets to
track all hospital forms. Assist with preparing events for the patients along with the
employees.Currently, hold the position as President of Employee Satisfaction Committee. Coordinate
events and recruit local businesses to assist in contributions to enhance employee appreciation.
