. Lead claim position for Greenwich Insurance Company and Indian Harbor

Insurance (primary insurance companies which are subsidiaries of XL

Reinsurance).

. Responsible for the external and internal management of the Claim

Department for both companies, including recruitment, training, and

supervision of the internal claim staff.
