I have 6 years demonstrated experience in Generation Station Fierza ( Hydroelectric Power Plant in North

Albania) that is rehabilitated from ADRITZ VATECH Swiss, ALSTOM Power France and ALSTOM Power Italy

and this experience consist with demonstrated work as below :

1. Control and protection systems.

In this part experience consist in : Control monitoring PLC provide by ALSTOM France and ABB for protection

system for turbine-generator-transformer-circuit breakers.

Participated in studies of electrical plans and schemes for PLC alarms to troubleshoot and changing parts,

modification, uploading logic data, maintenance and testing, correcting and showing modifications in relevant

electrical schemes through Auto CAD ( completing electrical PLC drawings point to point with terminal

numbers, necessary initials and testing them, drawings was provided by ALSTOM Power France . Experience

with all protective relays (microprocessor relays) in Hydro Power Plant and Substation.

Experience with Turbine Main Gate and Service Gate hydro-electric control PLC, Weight Crane control,

maintenance and troubleshooting. Preparation of technical specification for new parts.

2. Measurements systems.

In this part experience consist in : Working with CT and TT transformers that are used to measure Current,

Tension, Active power, Reactive power, Flow, and measurement system that is used for Water level in

Upstream and Downstream of the Dam, temperature measurement through sensors for generators and

transformers. Analog and digital measurement display. Generator insulation measure through Megger, HV

testing for generator winding and power transformer winding through different bridges. Motor-pump measure,

cable, 250 T/125 T/ 50 T/ 10 T overhead travelling cranes, motors insulator measurements.

In charge for all electrical measurements and keeping measure reports for all equipment’s in hydro power

plant and substation.

Perform different tests as DC HIPOT, Power factor/tan delta of High voltage bushings on Power transformer,

Current transformer, Circuit breakers. Perform tests of Insulation resistance and polarization index with

Megger.

3. Automation systems.

In this part experience consist in : Panel automation from ABB Italy and VOITH Austria that is used for drainage

pumps system, oil high pressure injection and water circulation for turbine cooling system. PLC and SCADA

provided from ALSTOM Power France for turbine automation.

Participated in troubleshooting, changing parts, testing, preparation of technical specification for new parts.

4. Maintenance and troubleshooting.

In this part experience consist in : Maintaining and troubleshooting all equipment that are include in one Hydro

Electric Power Plant and Substation as Generator, Power Transformer and Auto-transformer with their fan

systems, HV Circuit Breaker, HV Diss connectors, Auxiliary system with all components, Excitation generator

system, Protection system, PLC and SCADA system for turbine-generator, Power panels system, Electro-

Hydro-Mechanic system for Main and Service Gates for turbines, PLC and SCADA system for substation

220/110/10 KV, Control and Protection system for substation, Measurement systems for substations and hydro

power plants.

Electrical Maintain and service of overhead travelling for Upstream Crane, Downstream Crane and 3 service

turbine Cranes .

5. Equipment installing.

In this part experience consist in : Participated of installing groups or lead of installing group for installing

new equipment's or parts for : Power Transformer (13.8/220 KV, 125 MW) Installing with all auxiliary system

from beginning to the end and testing them. 245 KV Circuit Breaker installing with control and protection

from beginning to the end and testing them. 13.8 KV, 125 MW generator ( rotor and stator ) winding parts

and testing before and after installing, static excitation parts installing, SCADA element installing ( Alarm and

command parts ) for Substation. PLC parts and data uploading, CPU and Slots of PLC installing, input and

output cards .48 DC and 220 DC Rectifier with battery system for substation and power plant.

6. Preparing electrical specifications for new equipment's, new parts and commissioning.

In this part experience consist in : Participated in preparing documents for Tenders of electrical specification

for new and reserve equipment’s, parts and tools, commissioning for Fierza Hydro Power Plant. Specification

prepare for protection relay and control system, PLC control monitoring system, SCADA system, static turbine

excitation systems, new power transformer, new 245 KV circuit breaker for substation, HV dis-connectors for

substation, AC/DC Rectifier, DC Rectifier and battery system.

7. Technical safety rules supervisor.

In this part experience consist in : Supervisor of all maintain and troubleshooting operations in Hydro power

plant and substation, tracking technical safety rules for all employers in hydro power plant and training them

with Corporate safety rules.
