Running MaxActivity job as representative of the Halliburton.

Drilled directional wells including, Performance/ Correction and blind kick off.

Set up and determine the parameters needed to drill the well, with reference to differential

pressure.

Manage the entire drilling well process from beginnin g to completion and configure BHA with the

right torques and scribing tool-face for down hole motor orientation / correction.

Drill wells to enhance the penetration rate using mud motor.

Use best drilling techniques and practices to drill the well within p lanned time.

Responsible for strapping of tools, motors, Monel and drilling subs.

Manage all drilling crew on a directional drilling rig to achieve the proposed goals.

Interpretation of EWS logs to delineate micro fracture zone, op en faults and high-pressure zones.

Describe cutting and cores, and advising drilling personnel at well site of expected lithological

sequence, pay zones, casing seats, rate of penetration and possible hazardous intervals and

trouble shooting, Prepare well final report for supervisors and drilling department review .

correlation, preparing daily geological reports, catch core point casing point, Formation markers,

Sidewall core, hydrocarbon shows description and preparation of mud log and core log.

Formation Pressure interpretation and evaluation.

Quick Look Interpretation & Evaluation for all open hole wire line logging as a log analyst.

Stratigraphic correlation with adjacent offset wells to monitor the progress of drilling.

Coordination with drilling team and Head office.

Wire line log supervision and quick look wireline log interpretation.

Ensuring the wellsite HSE standards are followed by all team members.

Training and coaching new Geologists and making assessments for their next grade promotions.

Drilling data, Gas data and pore pressure interpretation and evaluation.

Working on DQ1000 gas system.

Stratigraphic correlation with adjacent offset wells to monitor the progress of drilling.

Assist wellsite geologist in picking the casing and coring points.

Integration of Mud log with wireline logs to generate composite log for final well report.

QC, interpretation and generation of Mud Log, Drilling log, pressure evaluat ion and final well

reports.

Calcimetry determination.

Preparing End of well report.

Rig up/rig down to sensors and Mud logging unit and unit maintenance.

Monitoring Well flow and detecting Gain/Losses during Operation .

Running the job of Real Time Operation (RTO).
