I was hired as the store manager for the Langley location. My duties included customer service, ordering

product, booking in computers to be worked on, managing numbers and staff, following up with upper

management on the progress of the store, replying via email or phone to customers enquiries or feedback,

dealing with shrink, cash handling, and creating a good work environment where everyone felt comfortable

and preformed to the best of their abilities.

I started in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted a year later into a Shift Leader role.

A year after that I was promoted to Assistant Manager and in April of 2011 I was promoted to Manager of the

Cloverdale store. My duties mainly included managing a team of CSRs and Shift Leaders, making schedules,

keeping track of numbers, setting goals and targets for the store and individuals, dealing with shrink, handling

deposits and financial reporting, customer service and dealing with issues from staff and customers. I was

responsible for getting our store's wireless sales numbers up and keeping them up through a fun working

environment for all of my staff where they felt comfortable and determined to do the best job they could.
