Material and Logistics department Manager responsible for all supply chain activities for facility with over $One

Billion in annual sales. Activities include Logistics World Class Manufacturing Pillar Lead, inbound and

outbound logistics, scheduling/planning, optimization of productive and non-productive inventory, and industrial

fleet vehicle management. Successfully led World Class Change Management activities for the department

during a period of significant sales volumes growth. Exceeded Savings target by over 300% in first year while

maintaining expected customer service levels. Reduced total plant inventory from over $25 million to under

$13 million with Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen activities. Implemented WCM and Lean Methodologies for

Logistics during the launch of two torque converter and three steering column lines while focusing on Golden

Managed day-to-day operations of an automotive stamping, resistance welding, mig-robotic welding, and
