Client Coordinator Assistant

Customer Service: would assist the client with any questions they would have, and going above and beyond

to give them that WOW factor

Phone Coverage: would take on average about 60 calls a day and would have to make on average of 30-40

calls to clients to follow up with them regarding an offer they had received from the attorney regarding one

of their accounts as well as to welcome them to the program.

Data Entry: would input clients notes regarding the call when they would inquire about their file, would

input information regarding legal documents that they would receive, as well as inputting and updating

their contact information

Appointment Setting: would set up appointment’s for the clients to speak to the Legal Liaison, and at times

would set up appointments to speak to their Bankruptcy attorney as well as their Client Coordinator

Assist and Support the Client Coordinator: taking escalated calls, assisting and coaching coworkers with

questions, coaching and training new hires, run the team in the event of his or her absence

giving the clients their account balance, transferring them to the proper department’s to be assisted,

Opening Claims: would go and thoroughly check to make sure that there weren’t any other fraudulent

charges that that the client hadn’t missed while checking her account, would submit the claim to the claim

department to have them do an investigation into the matter

Account Servicing: would go and update clients contact information, would check on cards in the event

their cards (debit and credit cards) may not be working properly, inform client of their most recent

transactions

Data Entry: input the notes of the call, input clients contact information, as well as anything else that may

need inputting

Sales: would have daily sales goals,would also have to refer bank products to clients, as well would have

monthly goals in order to reach bonuses

opening claims for clients in the event that an employee disrespected a customer
