Serve as Lead Product Engineer for the Pylon Structure and Cost Account Manager for the Mechanical Airborne Support

Generated detailed Master Schedule for ~$16M MASE budget and projected four year long project. Conducted detailed

analysis on schedule to meet Customer spending profile and Program Full Time Equivalent (FTE) projections

Responsible for coordination and execution of ~$6M subcontract for final design, manufacturing, and testing of Pylon

Lead the detailed design and analysis of Pylon Fittings and preliminary Composite Structure design

Conduct weekly team meetings with Costumer and responsible for tasking core team and prioritizing work activities

Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Target Vehicle (Lead ME & CAM) Nov. 2012 – Nov. 2013

Served as the Lead Mechanical Engineer and Cost Account Manager for the ICBM Target Vehicle leading a team of fifteen

Mechanical Engineers through preliminary and critical design phases of the project

Responsible Cost Account Manager for overseeing all Mechanical tasks in the Integrated Master Schedule, providing cost

and schedule status, and distributing work to the team

Generated man-loading and cost profiles to balance budget and existed Engineer Team resources

Lead the design coordination of alternate structural designs and final integration solutions saving the Customer ~$10M

Provide detail technical design overviews, schedule timelines, and labor cost estimate inputs for Program proposals

Coordinate regular meetings and deliver technical/schedule/cost presentation to the Program and Customer

Air-Launch IRBM & EMRBM Target Vehicle (Responsible Engineer) Nov. 2010 – Nov. 2012

Served as Lead Test Engineer for all developmental test and worked daily with Program Manager and Customer to meet cost

and schedule constrains on the Program. Developed a Test Plan that reduced the baseline cost of testing to meet budget

Developed detailed Test Schedules in Project and generated man-loading and cost profiles to meet the Programs budget

Supported design and execution of the five developmental parachute drop tests, and provided final Engineering inspection

and arming operations in flight on the C-17 aircraft

Developed a cost effective and reliable instrumentation system to record load data used to validate design models

Completed initial design in NX and analysis in MathCAD on major structures, and generated final drawings and procedures

Ground-Based Midcourse Defense Interceptor Vehicle (Mission Engineer) April 2009 – Nov. 2010

Traveled to launch/customer sites as Orbital representative to complete final integration and silo emplacement

Responsible for communication with Customer to address integration issues and conduct last minute testing to meet schedule

Prepared in-depth testing procedures and test reports for Structural, Vibration, Modal, and Shock Tests on multiple different

components (Vehicle Structures, Inert Ordnance Devices, RF Switches, and GSE Components)

Worked with Analysis group to develop Finite Element Models for primary Vehicle structures

Kinetic Energy Interceptor Vehicle (Responsible & Test Engineer) July 2007 – April 2009

Responsible Engineer for Avionics Structure Assembly (drawings, analyses, procedures, and testing of assembly)

Successfully completed four primary structure qualification tests and several small component load/separation tests

Evaluated path forward on Nonconformance issues during manufacturing, integration, and testing of components
