Documents including 3 associations (master, condo and villa) as well as a restaurant, real estate
office, home health care agency.
Set up TOPS system to store owner data, processed applications, set up all new owner files,
negotiated large vendor contracts including: Landscaping, security, valet service, lake care service,
pool care and more. Prepared estoppel letters and assisted in the closing and coordinating of move in
and walk through punch list for new construction. Issued violation letters to owners and enforced
community rules.
