There are four things I like to do most for my employers:

#1: Share my experience with my team.

I have over 20 years of solid Customer Service experience within a sales environment. I have knowledge in Mac and PC platforms.

While employed, I have experience with the following programs: Microsoft Office 2000/2003/2007/2010, Dos, Tele-Magic,

Renaissance, Adobe Photoshop CS3, Excel, Access, MS Word, CRM, QA Voiceprint monitoring and Lotus Notes. I have working

knowledge of Windows XP, ME, Vista, and 7.

#2: Turn a lemon into an apple pie!

I have extensive sales skills, over the phone, in person, and within a call center environment. I have worked in the capacity of a

sales/customer service rep to a Multi-Million Dollar producing Sales Supervisor. I have 3 years of Call Center Management

experience within the Consumer Goods industry. As well as 2 years, in Food Service Management for a Multi-Unit Fast Food

facility in the Hospitality / Theme Park Industry. I'm a team player and a leader that's people oriented. I have a degree in Radio-

Television-Film Production and have had a great deal of experience in the film industry. I have over 25 years of Theatrical Training,

which has helped me within a scripted call center environment. I work well under pressure in an entrepreneurial business, as well as

in a corporate one. I have extensive knowledge in resolving escalated calls, with little to no loss to the Company, while keeping the

Customers happy.

#3: Build a larger social media following.

I own an email sourcing program and have experience scraping websites for contact information to design my own CRM. I’ve

created customized email marketing campaigns. I’ve spent many years using gorilla marketing techniques, while working with the

smallest of budgets. I have 2,800+ 1st connections on LinkedIn and participate in many Groups. For the last 10 years, I’ve been

using Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, Google+, Foursquare and Flickr. I understand people and

know how to build brand awareness.
