WORK HISTORY ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER, 04/2001 to 06/2014 IOWA STATE BANK – 3601 EP TRUE PARKWAY WEST DES MOINES IA 50265 Opened new accounts. Pulled credit reports and analyzed information. Opened checking, savings, and certificate accounts. Opened and handled distributions on IRA'S. Took loan applications. Changed ownership on accounts and monitored high risk accounts.

Assisted in managing office location. Including scheduling, opening and closing branch, handling escalated customer service issues, audits, decisoning NSF'S and supervising teller line.

Created monthly reports for many of our bank products for review. Managed income and GL accounts monthly.
