2nd Shift lead

Job Duties; Fork lift driver, sit down and stand up, reach and bobtail, load and

unload trailers, recieve incoming items and distribuite them to the proper

department, pull orders and ready them for shipment, maintain inventory, rework

product when necessary, maintain the warehousing of raw materials, assign job

duties to those on my shift. I was the lead man on the 1st shift but the 2nd shift

was experencing some trouble acconplishing the daily tasks, so I volunteered to

move to the 2nd shift to straighten things out. I accomplished this in 3 days.

Warehouse Manager

Job Duties; Maintain inventory, ship and recieve, prepare orders for shipment,

arrange trucking, purchase materials for the operation of the warehouse, operate

fork lift.

When I started at Rampage there were three people, the owner, a secratary, and

myself, the first year I shipped over $750,000 in inventory, the following year I

shipped over $3,000,000 in inventory and added only one other person, year 3

saw an increase to $6,000,000 in shipments, and an addition of only two

employees. We shipped over 600 UPS and Fed Ex packages a month in addition

to the 80 LTL truck shipments. I was consistantly under budget my bonuses were

based off of that and I received the most that could be received monthly. I brought

the cost of shipping the product down an average of 25% yearly.

Warehouse Manager

Job Duties; Maintain inventory, prepare shipments and receive product, drive

forklift, oversee 4 employees, keep the warehouse free of dust and debris.

At Tamura I maintained an $8,000,000 inventory with an average yearly variance

adjustment of $1,000. I researched and oversaw the building of a research facility,

which I accomplished in time and under budget. I oversaw the shipping of over 850

packages by UPS, Fed Ex, and DHL per month while shipping 80 to 100 FT, LTL,

and container loads in each month domestic and international. For eleven years in

a row my department maintained these numbers and also had a 99.97% shipping

accuracy.
