My position at Sunningdale Golf and Country Club is in the outdoor food and beverage section.

Depending on the shift, I would either be in the halfway hut where I either opened or closed the

facility, or on the beverage cart where I was responsible for loading my cart with various products. I

have learned to manage money well and provide great customer service through this position.

My position at Crabby Joe’s is a server. Working here has taught me how to think and problem solve

quickly to ensure each guest that attends for dinner has a great experience.

BEAR CREEK GOLF CLUB 2012 - 2013

My position at Bear Creek Golf Club was in the snack bar and beverage cart. I bar-tended and served

food, and also served beverages to golfers on the course via golf cart. I was taught how to work fast

and efficiently at the bar when making drinks and serving food and was very quick on the till.

PUTTING EDGE FUN CENTRE 2008- 2012

My position at Putting Edge Fun Centre started as an E.C. (Entertainment Coordinator). I hosted

birthday parties for children between the ages of 4-13. After 6 months of employment I was

promoted to shift manager. My new responsibilities included opening and or closing the facility,

counting and balancing the float of the till, and supervising an E.C. on duty. Two years after

employment I was again promoted to Assistant Manager. I had the same responsibilities as shift

manager just with a few more added, such as weekly bank deposits, and consultation of hiring and

firing other employees.

I have completed and obtained my smart serve certification. I have also successfully completed a

class in mixology at Georgian College. I have excellent communication and customer service

skills. I’m a quick learner and a hard worker. I love working with people and take pride in my

work.
