Details: Executive Reporter helps CXL users to maintain all

information related to trades in form of Reports that can be modified

and saved in customized format. It is aimed at business users. To save

any report in CXL, user has to export it to excel sheet and then save

it which does not give facility for adding any customized column to

report. In most of the CTRM ERPs, flexible reporting capability is

lacking. ER tries to bridge this gap by providing a flexible reporting

solution.

Pricing emails project.

Details: Indicative pricing emails is an automated process developed

that aims at sending indicative prices through emails to the customers

earlier than OPIS prices are received. The system also allow user to

control, so that user can stop the automated process for a specific

day. Email Ids for the customer are configurable.

3. Project Name: Billing Enhancement and Exception Management system

Test Plans accordingly.

Details: Billings is an application used to automate the invoicing

process for the Liftings which is carried out through terminals. Every

Lifting from the Terminal is allocated to a contract in TPT based on

Customer-Product-Terminal combination. Console performs Importing of

Lifting data from INV database to Billings database, mapping of

liftings with the 'sell' contracts available in TPT, creating

aggregation of liftings, creating transfers in TPT, creating invoices

in billings database etc.

Details: SpeeDoc is a Document Management System project of Tele-

communication Services. This application unifies the physical and digital

information by making digital copy of the customer document at the source

itself. This digital copy obtained from source is used to facilitate

further procedures like verification, data entry and scrutiny of the

information into a centralized secured server without physical handling

of the document. Data thus entered also contains warehouse location of

the physical copy in order to facilitate fast retrieval of physical copy

whenever needed.
