Christ University Bangaluru.

1. With an NGO giving emotional support to the depressed from 2006 to present.

2. Counselor at a Diabetic Clinic, for the stressed, 2009 -

- Counselling the patients on stress management who show symptoms of stress

and strain .

- Help to develop coping skills to handle their day to day life at the work

place, within the family and social life.

- Relaxation therapy was used to help them relax mentally and physically.
